Jordan, Charles E. Reeves, Jr., and <br /> Mallory A. Guillot as the trial attorneys in this matter, with Mallory A. Guillot serving as lead <br /> trial attorney. <br /> III. <br /> ALLEGATIONS <br /> 1. <br /> On October 22, 2018, Mark Savoie ("Mr. Savoie") accepted an interim full-time <br /> employment with River Parishes Community College ("RPCC") as an unclassified, "at-will", <br /> Associate Director of Workforce Solutions-Interim. <br /> 2. <br /> During his employment with RPCC, Mr. Savoie became the Director of Workforce <br /> Solutions. He did not supervise anyone while in the position of Director of Workforce Solutions. <br /> Mr. Savoie was supervised by Dr. Bruce Waguespack. <br /> 3. <br /> As Director of workforce Solutions,Mr. Savoie's responsibilities and duties included,but <br /> were not limited to, the following: 1) follow up on industry needs requests, maintain detailed <br /> meeting documentation, and ensure timely and quality follow-up on all deliverables; 2) prepare, <br /> review, interpret, and analyze a variety of complex and multi-faceted information and make <br /> recommendations based on findings; 3) develop and/or acquire quality curriculum for each <br /> training opportunity; 4) create and manage budgets, project management plans, and reports to <br /> ensure successful completion an funding accountability; and, 5) encourage instructional <br /> Page 2 of 8 <br />
