7. <br />Prodigy Logistics,LLC (“Prodigy”), is aLouisiana limited liability companyorganized <br />and registered with the Louisiana Secretary of State on August 22, 2013.Ricky L.Clevelandowns <br />a one-hundred percentinterest in Prodigy, which is operatedas a sole proprietorship since he is <br />Prodigy’sonlymember and manager. <br />8. <br />R L C Trucking, LLC (“RLC Trucking”),is aLouisiana limited liability company <br />organizedand registered with the Louisiana Secretary of State on October 30, 2009.Ricky L. <br />Cleveland’smother, Teresa Cleveland,holdsa47.5 percent ownershipinterestand a47.5 percent <br />usufruct interest in RLCTrucking.Tom E.Turnbow, Jr., holds the remaining 5 percent ownership <br />interestin RLC Trucking. <br />9. <br />Prodigy owns motor vehicle equipment, including trucks and trailers, that are leased to <br />thirdparties for the transportation and delivery of bulk liquids, including butane. <br />10. <br />RLC Trucking isatransportation businessthat hauls bulkliquids,includingbutane, to large <br />companies and refiners. <br />11. <br />Prodigyand RLC Truckingentered into EquipmentLease Agreements on October 4, 2021, <br />and March 14, 2024, whereby Prodigy leases severaltrucks and trailers(called“equipment”)to <br />RLC Trucking foritsbulkliquid and/or dry commoditiestransportationoperations,and RLC <br />Trucking agreed to pay Prodigy 38 and 47 percent, respectively, of freight revenues earned by <br />Page 3of 8(Agency Tracking No. 2025-495) <br /> <br />
