LOUISIANA BOARD OF ETHICS <br /> CONSENT OPINION <br /> RE: IN THE MATTER OF MARLA MUSE- BD NO: 2022.002 <br /> MORRIS <br /> The Board of Ethics (the `BOE"), pursuant to the authority contained in the Louisiana <br /> Code of Governmental Ethics (hereinafter referred to as the `Ethics Code"), La. R.S. 42:1101, et. <br /> seq., and particularly Section 1141 of the Ethics Code, conducted a confidential investigation <br /> concerning information that Marla Muse-Morris rendered services as Grant Fiscals Manager on a <br /> contractual basis to Build Baton Rouge within two years following her resignation as a public <br /> employee serving as the Grants Fiscal Manager for Build Baton Rouge. <br /> On the basis of information obtained during the investigation, the BOE enters into this <br /> Consent Opinion with Marla Muse-Monis as follows: <br /> I. <br /> PARTIES: <br /> The Parties hereto are: <br /> Marla Muse-Morris, a person of the full age of majority, domiciled in the Parish <br /> of Livingston with a last known mailing address of P.O. Box 474, Watson, <br /> Louisiana 70786. <br /> The Louisiana Board of Ethics, an agency of the State of Louisiana, whose <br /> mailing address is P.O. Box 4368,Baton Rouge, Louisiana, 70821. <br />
