Ethics Board Docket No.2022-455 <br /> Page 10 of I2 <br /> VL ORDER <br /> For the foregoing reasons: <br /> IT IS ORDERED that Jeffrey M. Landry's, in his capacity as Attorney General for the <br /> State of Louisiana,failure to file the appropriate paperwork set forth in Section 111 S.2 of the Ethics <br /> Code resulted in a violation of Section 1111 A of the Etlaics Code.Had Mr.Landry timely complied <br /> with the conditions set forth in Section 1115.2 of the Ethics Code there wauld be no violation. <br /> IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a $900 civil penalty, payable to the Treasurez of the <br /> State of Louisiana,be imposed upon Jeffrey M. Landry and that in the event of a failure to pay, a <br /> suit may be filed to compel immediate payment of any balance due. <br />
