Ethics Board Docket No.2022-455 Page 10 of I2 VL ORDER For the foregoing reasons: IT IS ORDERED that Jeffrey M. Landry's, in his capacity as Attorney General for the State of Louisiana,failure to file the appropriate paperwork set forth in Section 111 S.2 of the Ethics Code resulted in a violation of Section 1111 A of the Etlaics Code.Had Mr.Landry timely complied with the conditions set forth in Section 1115.2 of the Ethics Code there wauld be no violation. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a $900 civil penalty, payable to the Treasurez of the State of Louisiana,be imposed upon Jeffrey M. Landry and that in the event of a failure to pay, a suit may be filed to compel immediate payment of any balance due.
