The Code of Ethics prohibits the former Assistant Director for the Office of Facility Planning and Control of the Division of Administration from assisting BECI for compensation, for a period of two years from the termination of his employment, with any transaction involving the Division of Adminsitration in which he participated while employed with the Office of Facility Planning and Control.

CONCLUSION <br /> The Board concluded and instructed ine to inform you that the post-employment restrictions <br /> contained in the Code, as explained in the above paragraphs, apply to you and BECI for a period <br /> of two years following your retirement from public employment with FPC, which is until January <br /> 6, 2027. The Board also advised that, should a specific project or situation arise that may present <br /> a potential violation of the Code's post-employment restrictions, you should seek an updated <br /> advisory opinion. <br /> This advisory opinion is based solely on the facts as set forth herein. Changes to the facts as <br /> presented may result in a different application of the provisions of the Code of Governmental <br /> Ethics.
