CONCLUSION <br /> The Board concluded, and instructed me to inform you, that the Code will not prohibit the <br /> employment of Joby Verret with District if his brother resigns from the District's Board. Further, <br /> the Code will not prohibit the reappointment of Jimmy Verret to the District's Board while his <br /> brother is employed with the district; but, the Code will prohibit the continued employment of <br /> Joby Verret unless he has been employed with the District for at least one year prior to the <br /> reappointment. <br /> This advisory opinion is based solely on the facts as set forth herein. Changes to the facts as <br /> presented may result in a different application of the provisions of the Code of Governmental <br /> Ethics.
