R.S. 42:1141C(3)(fl of the Ethics Code. <br /> III. <br /> FINDINGS OF FACT: <br /> 1. <br /> The Union Parish Police Jury ("UPPJ") is the governing authority of Union Parish, <br /> Louisiana. <br /> 2. <br /> Ergon Asphalt & Emulsions, Inc. ("Ergon") is a non-Louisiana business corporation <br /> domiciled in Flowood,Mississippi.Ergon is registered with the Louisiana Secretary of State to do, <br /> and is doing, business in Louisiana. Ergon provides a wide variety of advanced asphalt products, <br /> from conventional to polymer-modified asphalt and emulsions, designed for paving, preserving, <br /> and maintaining roads. <br /> 3. <br /> Mark S. Hartman has been an employee of Ergon since January 19, 2015. At all pertinent <br /> times herein, Mark Hartman was employed by Ergon as an Area Sales Manager for Louisiana. <br />
