LOUISIANA BOARD OF ETHICS <br /> CONSENT OPINION <br /> BD NO: 2023-836 <br /> RE: IN THE MATTER OF DEBBIE STILLEY <br /> The Louisiana Board of Ethics (the "BOE"), pursuant to the authority contained in the <br /> Louisiana Code of Governmental Ethics (the "Ethics Code"), La. R.S. 42:1101, et. seq., and <br /> particularly Section 1141 of the Ethics Code, conducted a confidential investigation concerning <br /> information that Debbie Stilley violated Section 1113A of the Ethics Code by virtue of entering <br /> into transactions with Albany High School while her daughter, Krista Stilley Campbell, was an <br /> employee of Albany High School. <br /> On the basis of information obtained during the investigation, and with the concurrence of <br /> Ms. Stilley,the BOE and Ms. Stilley enter into this Consent Opinion as follows: <br /> I. <br /> PARTIES: <br /> The Parties hereto are: <br /> Debbie Stilley, a person of the full age of majority, domiciled in the Parish <br /> of Tangipahoa with the last known address of 30190 Hubert Stilley Road, <br /> Independence, Louisiana 70443; and <br /> The Louisiana Board of Ethics, a Louisiana State agency domiciled in <br /> East Baton Rouge Parish whose mailing address is P.O. Box 4368, Baton <br /> Rouge, Louisiana 70821. <br />
