R.S. 1141C(3)(f). <br /> M. <br /> FINDINGS OF FACT: <br /> 3. <br /> The Washington Parish Fire Protection District#7 was created by La. R.S. 40:1496.12F as <br /> subdivision of the state' whose purpose is to provide fire protection and emergency first response <br /> to residents. <br /> 2. <br /> Charles Wise was employed by the Washington Parish Fire Protection District 47 as a part- <br /> time firefighter from November 6, 2016 until September 19, 2020. <br /> 3. <br /> On December 14, 2020, Charles Wise was appointed by the Washington Parish Council to <br /> the Washington Parish Fire Protection District 47's Board of Commissioners.
