LOUISIANA BOARD OF ETHICS <br /> CONSENT OPINION <br /> RE: IN THE MATTER OF BOARD NO: 2023-390 <br /> DENAROLD ANDERSON <br /> The Board of Ethics (the `BOE"), pursuant to the authority contained in the Louisiana <br /> Code of Governmental Ethics (hereinafter referred to as the "Ethics Code"), La. R.S. 42:1101, et. <br /> seq., and particularly La. R.S. 42:ll41, conducted a confidential investigation concerning <br /> information that Denarold Anderson may have violated La. R.S. 42:1113B of the Ethics Code by <br /> virtue of entering into a transaction with St. John the Baptist Parish Housing Authority, while <br /> Denarold Anderson's mother, Madeline Jasmine, served as Commissioner with the St. John the <br /> Baptist Parish Housing Authority. <br /> On the basis of information obtained during the investigation, and with the concurrence of <br /> Denarold Anderson, the BOE and Denarld Anderson enter into this Consent Opinion as follows: <br /> I. <br /> PARTIES: <br /> The Parties hereto are: <br /> Denarold Anderson, a person of the full age of majority, domiciled in the Parish <br /> of St. John the Baptist, with a last known address of 371 Afton Ct., Laplace, <br /> Louisiana 70068; and <br /> The Louisiana Board of Ethics, an agency of the State of Louisiana, whose <br /> mailing address is P.O. Box 4368, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, 70821. <br />
