CONCLUSION 'The �3oard concluded and instructed me to inform you that the Code's post-employmcnt restrictions would, as explained above, apply to your future employment with a petroleum consulting tirm, in which you would be required to testify on behalf of legal entities at oil and gas hearings conducted by the Office of Permitting and Compliance. The Board also advised that, sllould a specific situation arise that may present a potential violation of the Code's post- employment restrictions, you should seek an updated advisory opinion.
