The TDVFD agreed to <br /> provide all of the fire protection services for Fire Protection <br /> District No. 3. The term of the contract was five years; however, <br /> the contract remains in place as of this date. <br /> 8. <br /> During the last four years, FAS has routinely conducted <br /> business with the TDVFD.
