Ethics Board Docket No. 2017-1219 <br /> Page 6 of 8 <br /> VI. <br /> ORDER: <br /> For the foregoing reasons: <br /> IT IS ORDERED that Chastity Livingston violated La. R.S. 42:1111A(1)(a) by virtue of <br /> Chastity Livingston improperly transferring $14,000 from Grambling State University to her <br /> Tiger 1 G-Flex Account, which she was not duly entitled to receive for the performance of her <br /> job duties as a Campus Card Manager for Grambling State University. <br /> IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Chastity Livingston violated R.S. 42:1112A by <br /> virtue of participating in transferring $14,000 from Grambling State University to her Tiger 1 G- <br /> Flex Account, when she knew she had a substantial economic interest in the transfer. <br /> IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a $500.00 civil penalty, payable to the Treasurer of <br /> the State of Louisiana, be imposed upon Chastity Livingston and that in the event of a failure to <br /> pay, that suit may be filed to compel immediate payment of any balance due. <br />
