In this <br /> particular situation,Mr.Bucker donated the profits received from his transactions with the school <br /> back to the school or for the school's benefit. Accordingly,it is the conclusion of the Board that the <br /> interest of the public would be served by, and the parties have agreed to, resolving this matter <br /> amicably through the publication of this Consent Opinion with no civil penalty being imposed in this <br /> matter. <br />
