Docket No. 2024-051 <br /> Page 6 of 8 � <br /> IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the $1,000 civil penalty be and is hereby payable in <br /> two (2) equal monthly installments of$500.00. The first installment payment is due and owing <br /> on or before August 1, 2025, and the second installment payment is due and owing on the <br /> September 1, 2025. Failure to remit an installment payment on or before the due date results in all <br /> remaining installment payments becoming due and owing immediately. <br /> IT 1!S FURTHER n1�D�RED that I�enneth Pi�kett, Sr. shall execute a C�nfession of <br /> Judgment for the outstanding civil penalty in the amount of$1,000.00 that is attached hereto and <br /> made a part hereof as Exhibit"A." <br />
