10. <br /> Based on the foregoing facts, Rena Diane Bennett Hollie violated La. R.S. 42:1111A <br /> when she purchased personal items using a credit card issued to the Town of Pearl River totaling <br /> $3,834.46; received two payroll checks from the Town of Pearl River for $900 and $1,800 for <br /> taking minutes at special meetings which she was not duly entitled to receive; received three <br /> payroll checks from the Town of Pearl River for $900, $770.80 and $770.80 for unused vacation <br /> pay which she was not duly entitled to receive; and received free services from town <br /> maintenance staff which included picking up building supplies from Home Depot and delivering <br /> them to her personal residence during working hours. <br /> 11. <br /> La. R.S. 42:1112A prohibits a public servant from participating in a transaction involving <br /> his governmental entity in which he has a substantial economic interest. <br /> 12. <br /> Based on the foregoing facts, Rena Diane Bennett Hollie violated La. R.S. 42:1112A <br /> when she purchased personal items using a credit card issued to the Town of Pearl River totaling <br /> $3,834.46; requested approval for payment for two payroll checks from the Town of Pearl River <br /> for $900 and $1,800 for taking minutes at special meetings and was an authorized signatory on <br /> each of the checks made payable to her; and requested approval for payment for three payroll <br /> checks from the Town of Pearl River for$900, $770.80 and $770.80 for unused vacation pay and <br /> was an authorized signatory on each of the checks made payable to her. <br /> 13. <br /> La.
