6. <br /> From 2011 through 2012, Brandon Andrews and J & B Industries, LLC performed drug <br /> screening services in connection with the Drug Court Program. Mr.Andrews and J&B Industries, <br /> LLC were responsible for collecting samples from all of the participants in the Drug Court Program, <br /> shipping the samples to the laboratory for testing, and reporting the results to the Court. <br /> 7. <br /> Each participant in the Drug Court Program was required to pay a collection fee to J & B <br /> Industries, LLC,prior to the collection of the sample. <br /> 8. <br /> From August 2012 through December 31, 2012, Brandon Andrews and J & B Industries, <br /> LLC, submitted invoices to the Court for the drug screening services and products provided by the <br /> laboratories in connection with the Drug Court Program, which were approved for accounting <br /> purposes by Ms.Brumfield. Thereafter,the Court issued checks directly to the laboratories,which <br /> Ms. Brumfield, along with one of the judges of the Court, co-signed on behalf of the Court. <br /> 9. <br /> Craig Andrews is the father of Mr. Andrews and the ex-husband of Ms. Brumfield. <br /> 10. <br /> Craig Andrews is the registered agent for Feliciana J & B Industries, LLC, which was <br /> organized with the Secretary of State's Office on January 14, 2013. Darena Andrews, the wife of <br /> Craig Andrews, is the sole Member of Feliciana J &B Industries, LLC. <br /> Page 2 of 9 <br />
