Ethics Board Docket No. 2017-1219 <br /> Page 2 of 8 <br /> II. <br /> JURISDICTION: <br /> 1. <br /> The BOE is an agency of the State of Louisiana domiciled in East Baton Rouge Parish, <br /> Louisiana. <br /> 2. <br /> The BOE is authorized to offer a Consent Opinion to Chastity Livingston by virtue of <br /> Section 1141 C(3)(f) of the Ethics Code. <br /> III. <br /> FINDINGS OF FACT: <br /> 3. <br /> Chastity Livingston was hired by Grambling State University on April 18, 2011 and was <br /> employed as a Campus Card Manager earning an annual salary of$36,000. <br /> 4. <br /> As a Campus Card Manager, Chastity Livingston was authorized to manage Tiger 1 <br /> Cards accounts and make adjustments to the accounts. <br /> 5. <br /> An audit was conducted by the University of Louisiana System relative to Tiger 1 Card <br /> accounts that disclosed between October 31, 2014 and January 5, 2017, Chastity Livingston <br /> improperly transferred to and received $14,000 in her Tiger 1 G-Flex Account. <br />
