Ethics Board Docket No. 2017-1219 <br /> Page 2 of 11 <br /> On the basis of information obtained during the investigation, and with the <br /> concurrence of Yvette Robinson, the BOE and Yvette Robinson enter into this Consent <br /> Opinion as follows: <br /> L <br /> PARTIES: <br /> The Parties hereto are: <br /> Yvette Robinson, a person of the full age of majority, domiciled in the <br /> Parish of Lincoln, with a last known address of 1010 S. Trenton St., <br /> Ruston, Louisiana 71270; and, <br /> The Louisiana Board of Ethics, a Louisiana State agency domiciled in <br /> East Baton Rouge Parish whose mailing address is P.O. Box 4368, Baton <br /> Rouge, Louisiana 70821. <br /> II. <br /> JURISDICTION: <br /> 1. <br /> The BOE is an agency of the State of Louisiana domiciled in East Baton Rouge <br /> Parish, Louisiana. <br /> 2. <br /> The BOE is authorized to offer a Consent Opinion to Yvette Robinson by virtue of <br /> Section 1141C(3)(f) of the Ethics Code. <br /> III. <br /> FINDINGS OF FACT: <br /> 1. <br /> Yvette Robinson was hired by Grambling State University on June 11, 2007 and <br /> was employed as Assistant to the Vice President of Finance and Administration. <br /> 2. <br /> As the Assistant to the Vice President of Finance and Administration, Yvette <br /> Robinson was a Campus Card Manager for the Tiger Cards with authority to oversee <br /> accounts linked to the cards and make adjustments to the accounts. <br />
