R.S. 42:1141C(3)(f). <br /> III. <br /> FINDINGS OF FACT: <br /> L <br /> On June 18,2018,Darren Lewis was hired as the Principal of the Walter Cohen College Prep <br /> Charter School until his resignation on May 24, 2021 and served as the Principal at all times <br /> pertinent herein. <br /> 2. <br /> Kristen Lewis Martin is the biological sister of Darren Lewis. <br /> 3. <br /> On July 22, 2005, Kristen Lewis Martin married Derrell Martin. Derrell Martin is the <br /> brother-in-law ofDarren Lewis and an immediate family member as defined by La.R.S.42:1102(13) <br /> of the Louisiana Code of Governmental Ethics. <br />
