On January 25, 2023, the Louisiana. <br /> D epartrnent of Transportation and Development condemned a portion of the PALH Ferry. To have <br /> the PALH Ferry repaired, in January 2024, the Port,including Mr. Champagne,-voted to authorize <br /> advertising for bids for repair work.
