All Annual Personal Financial Disclosure Statements and Public Servant Financial Disclosure Statements are DUE BY MAY 15, 2026.

Tier 1 and Tier 2: Reports must be submitted through the PFD E-File portal.

Tier 2.1 and Tier 3: Reports can be submitted by: File Upload, PFD E-File, Fax, Mail, or Hand Delivered

When transmitting your disclosure statement, please keep any confirmation emails or sheets showing that your transmittal was successful. Statements should be added to the Disclosure Search website within two weeks of receipt.

Pursuant to Act 301 of the 2025 Louisiana Legislative Session, effective January 1, 2026, all Tier 1 and Tier 2 filers will be required to electronically file or amend all personal financial disclosures using the LEADERS PFD E-File portal, as any annual or candidate disclosures or amendments submitted via upload, email, fax, hand delivery, or by mail will no longer be accepted.

Effective December 3, 2021, the Louisiana Board of Ethics implemented the Acceptance of Electronic Signature Policy. Reports that can be filed on paper will be accepted if signed by hand or by utilizing an acceptable electronic signature format. Please see the policy for details.
