New Electronic Filing Requirements for Tier 1 and Tier 2 Annual Financial Disclosure Statements
Pursuant to Act 301 of the 2025 Louisiana Legislative Session, effective January 1, 2026, all Tier 1 and Tier 2 filers will be required to electronically file or amend all personal financial disclosures using the LEADERS PFD E-File portal, as any annual or candidate disclosures or amendments submitted via upload, email, fax, hand delivery, or by mail will no longer be accepted.
